Your team decides what reaches a live site.

SquareJuice works on your clients' websites, so here is exactly what it can do, what it never does, and who decides.

Less time spent on each website request

A small website update can mean opening the site, finding the right page, making the edit, checking it and writing back to the client. With SquareJuice, client emails to your support inbox arrive in one dashboard. It prepares the update, runs checks and keeps a record of the work. Your team reviews the change and decides when it goes live.

  1. Confirm the request. A client request arrives in your dashboard from your support inbox. Confirm you'd like it prepared. SquareJuice makes the change on a separate copy of the website and checks it.
  2. Review the change. The dashboard shows what changed. Once you're happy with it, choose Approve and publish. SquareJuice publishes the update, checks the live page, emails your agency a confirmation and keeps a record you can share with your client.

Only people your agency has authorized can approve work. Your clients keep emailing you as usual.

Use the first five free requests to see how much hands-on time your team saves. The pilot is supervised, and some requests need a person to finish them.

What SquareJuice never changes on its own

  • Payment, checkout and shipping settings
  • User accounts, roles and passwords
  • DNS and domain records
  • Any database import, overwrite or direct database operation
  • Deleting content
  • Bulk changes across many pages or products
  • Installing new plugins
  • Hosting configuration

Software updates (plugins, themes, WordPress itself, PHP) happen only as their own approved request, never inside a content change. Text that lives in theme or plugin code goes to a person.

What it can access

  • A staging copy of each connected site, where every change is prepared first.
  • Read access to the live site, to answer questions and check a published change.
  • Write access to the live site only after the publish approval, for that one change.

We agree site access during the safety review and explain what is needed before you connect a site. Access is limited to the agreed work. You can revoke access; our team will help you remove the connection.

Who hears from SquareJuice

Only your agency. Results, records and questions come to your team, and you decide what reaches your client. Your clients can keep emailing your agency.

The record

Completed changes return with a receipt: the original request, both approvals, what changed, and screenshots and check evidence. If a pre-publication check finds a problem, the work returns for review rather than being published as complete.

What the checks are, and aren't

Checks support your team's review. They don't promise that every defect is caught, which is why a person approves every change.

If something goes wrong

Some requests fail or need human work. If a check or your review finds a problem, our team works with your agency on the next step. Recovery depends on the site and the change; it is not an automatic or risk-free guarantee. Site access and recovery options are discussed during the safety review.
